1. Data we process

The request form may transmit your name, phone number, Telegram username, selected request type and message. The website may also receive technical information such as an IP address, browser type, visited page and Yandex Metrica cookie data — only after the visitor consents.

Please do not submit passport details, payment information, medical records or other sensitive data through the form.

2. Why the data is used

The data is used to answer your request, clarify the project, prepare a proposal, protect the form from spam and understand how pages perform. It is not used for automated decisions that affect visitor rights.

3. Service providers

Requests are delivered through the Telegram Bot API to the site owner's private chat. Static files and the PHP handler are hosted by a hosting provider. If Metrica is enabled and accepted, Yandex processes technical analytics data. Each service receives only the information required for its function.

4. Retention and security

Requests are kept for as long as needed to respond and continue project communication, or until consent is withdrawn unless a longer period is legally required. Protection measures include HTTPS, private Telegram configuration, input validation, a honeypot and request rate limiting.

5. Analytics and cookies

Yandex Metrica does not start until you select “Allow analytics”. Declining does not prevent you from using the website or submitting a request. Your choice is stored in the browser's local storage and can be reset by clearing this site's data.
